    To enable us to meet Health and Safety requirements, no glass or bottles will be allowed on site.

    In order to meet the terms of our license, alcohol cannot be bought onto the site. We do however have a very reasonably priced bar.

    Fold up chairs are permissible on site but windbreaks and gazebos are not.

    Yes, this is a family show and children have their own dedicated entertainment areas. Children under 5 are admitted free.

    The Festival will be operating a Challenge 21 rule which aims to cut down on underage drinking. If you look under 21, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 in order to buy alcohol on site.

    Yes but you must have an appropriate wristband to be readmitted.

    Yes, St John's Ambulance Service will be on site during the event.

    No parking is allowed on site but there are two official car parks which will be clearly signposted. Below, is also a map showing available parking areas. It should be noted that you must not use the Coop or Tesco Car Parks.

    The Georgian House Hotel (01428 656644) are making rooms available to Festival patrons from £60 per night bed & breakfast. Other places to stay can be found through the Haslemere Visitor Information Centre
